Officer, Business Process Optimization & Operations (Contract)
The Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong execution skills to support process optimization and operational delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.
This role suits a process-driven, proactive professional who combines structured analysis with hands-on implementation and a strong ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities using data and stakeholder input
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and process documentation (process maps, workflows, BRDs)
- Drive end-to-end execution of process improvements, ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and lead UAT testing
- Support change management and rollout of new processes
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation delivery
- Strong execution focus with ability to deliver, not just advise
- Experience in a leading consulting or professional services firm is highly valued
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented
