Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for building and scaling a comprehensive wealth planning offering for Swiss-resident clients, while acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.

You will operate at the intersection of wealth structuring, client advisory, and business development, in close collaboration with Private Banking, Investment, and Legal teams.

Description

Strategy & Platform Development

  • Define and implement a structured Wealth Planning offering for the Swiss market
  • Develop solutions across pension planning, tax structuring, insurance, and wealth structuring
  • Enhance existing capabilities and design new client solutions
  • Build internal frameworks, tools, and methodologies

Client Advisory & Expertise

  • Advise on complex client situations (entrepreneurs, family structures, private assets)
  • Provide expertise on Swiss taxation, pension systems, and succession planning
  • Deliver tailored, high-value structuring recommendations

Commercial Impact & RM Support

  • Act as a senior advisor to Relationship Managers in client acquisition and development
  • Participate in key client meetings and strategic discussions
  • Contribute directly to revenue generation through advisory and structuring solutions

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Develop external partnerships within pensions, insurance, and structuring ecosystems
  • Expand the bank's capabilities through selected strategic collaborations

Internal Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Investment, Legal, Product)
  • Promote a structured approach to wealth planning across the organisation
  • Deliver training and thought leadership internally

Profile

Candidate Profile

  • 10-15+ years of experience in Wealth Planning / Wealth Structuring within a private bank or similar environment
  • Strong expertise in Swiss taxation, pension systems (BVG/LPP, 3a/3b), and succession planning
  • Proven ability to build and structure an offering or platform
  • Experience advising HNW / UHNW clients and entrepreneurs
  • Ability to combine technical depth with commercial mindset
  • Strong stakeholder exposure and client-facing credibility
  • Entrepreneurial approach and ability to operate in a developing environment
  • Fluent in French and English (German a plus)
