The company employs 230 people at its headquarters in Losone. We are looking for a Quality Manager Assistant to join our Quality Assurance & Organization department immediately or by agreement.
Your main tasks
In this role:
• You will support the Head of Quality & Organization in maintaining and optimizing the quality system in accordance with ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 (environmental management systems).
• Monitoring internal production processes on behalf of the quality manager
• Planning and conducting internal audits of the quality system, helping to identify potential areas for improvement and implementing the necessary measures
• Monitoring internal production and manufacturing processes and initiating measures for process improvement and error/problem correction
• Checking product conformity in cooperation with the sales, technical, and safety departments

Your profile
The following requirements must be met in order to take on this role
• Basic training or experience in the mechanical/micromechanical field
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100 or comparable)
• Communication skills, independence, and good organizational skills
• Knowledge of and confidence in using modern IT tools and MS Office
• Business fluent in Italian, German, and English
