As Corporate Strategy Manager, you'll be part of our Group Corporate Development team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. In this interdisciplinary role, you'll drive strategy development and execution while contributing to key Group Executive Management projects.
Your workplace can be at our headquarters in Lucerne - or at another major Emmi location, depending on where you're based.

What impact you can have

• Developing corporate strategy together with the Group Executive Management.

• Setting up and running group-wide strategy development process with local businesses.

• Coaching local businesses on strategic topics.

• Tracking strategy implementation progress.

• Collaborating closely with various internal departments.

• Leading and supporting Group Executive Management priority projects and initiatives.

• Preparing decision-making bases.

• Creating presentations, business cases, and strategic reports.

What you bring to the table

• Master's, MBA, or PhD degree in relevant field e.g. Business, Management, Strategy.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, working on corporate strategy in high-paced environment of strategy consulting or in-house corporate strategy function.

• Experience in managing a team / project independently.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills ("problem-solving").

• Strong communication skills in oral and written form.

• Experience working internationally / multi-nationally.

• Experience working in complex multi-stakeholder environment / decentral organisation.

• Experience in Consumer Goods / Food industry is a big plus.

• Fluent in English. Fluent in least one, ideally multiple of the following languages: (Swiss-)German, Spanish, Portugues, French.
