Your contribution to KPMG
  • Experience in supporting and navigating complex transformation programs in business and digital transformations (HR, ERP, CRM, procurement transformations)
  • Strong understanding of the needs of relevant stakeholders, key and end users during transformations and transactions
  • Comfortable leading workshops and coaching C-suite executives, management, and project teams.
  • Development and close following of a detailed transformation plan that is integrated with the project management plan
  • Create and sustain trusted relationships with clients through your confidence and ability to track and measure change
  • An empathetic individual with a genuine passion for people and connecting the technical side of change to the people side of change
This is what makes you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, technology or similar
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting and change/project management role within transformation programs, with a good understanding of contemporary IT topics and trends
  • Ability to set priorities and accomplish work in a multitasking environment
  • Possess confidence, have a point of view and achieve influence through your knowledge and understanding of business processes and methodologies
  • Experience in dealing with international clients
  • Excellent English skills, with outstanding communication skills in speech and writing. German or French knowledge is an added advantage
