Your Role

As CRM Assistant in Private Banking South Eastern Europe at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you play a key role in supporting the Client Relationship Managers in Zurich in their day-to-day tasks and provide high level service to the Bank's clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to CRMs in business activities
  • Daily management and monitoring of the client's accounts: fiduciary deposits, overdraft, payment support, e-banking access, credit cards support
  • Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly reports as per guidance received from CRMs
  • Assist CRMs with regular processes such as account openings, KYC periodic review, internal client reviews, etc.
  • Client interaction for transactions process
  • Dealing with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
  • Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance or completed Banking education
  • First relevant work experience in Private Banking
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
  • Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Turkish; other languages are an advantage
