ESG Group Controller (80-100%)

Your Expertise for Sustainable Corporate Management!

In a world increasingly focused on responsible business practices, transparent ESG reporting is essential. In this key role within our Group Controlling team, you will operate at the intersection of regulatory developments, strategic objectives, and operational processes. You will drive the evolution of our ESG reporting and ensure that we meet the highest standards of sustainability and transparency.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor new ESG reporting regulations and implement relevant standards across the group in close coordination with external partners and auditors
  • Ensure the completeness, integrity, and reliability of our ESG data while continuously improving the KPI framework, reporting, and analysis processes
  • Preparation of the external sustainability reporting in close collaboration with the relevant departments, Group Sustainability, and Investor Relations
  • Support the implementation of our ESG goals, from definition and data preparation to transparent progress measurement
  • Develop ESG guidelines, manuals, and governance structures, and implement a risk-based control framework for data quality and transparency
  • Optimize group-wide processes and collaborate closely across functions with various departments
Who You Are
  • University degree with a focus on finance and sustainability or a comparable qualification
  • Proven professional experience in the ESG field, ideally in a similar role or in consulting
  • Solid knowledge of ESG reporting standards (GRI, IFRS/TCFD, ESRS) and regulatory frameworks (CH OR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
  • Structured and well-organized working style combined with analytical thinking and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills with a high degree of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Diplôme universitaire en gestion, développement durable, environnement ou un diplôme équivalent reconnu. Diplômes ou équivalences reconnus : Reconnaissance de diplômes étrangers par le Service fédéral de la reconnaissance des diplômes, Certificat ISO 26000 en gestion RSE.
Les perspectives d'emploi pour ce métier sont jugées moyennes en Suisse.
