Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including dishwashing and waste disposal.
- Assist in maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff by preparing and organizing kitchen tools and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
