Culinary Content Coordinator

Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead the execution of the annual global culinary content plan, collaborating closely with international marketing, recipe, and digital teams, as well as local markets, meeting the established timelines and high-quality standards aligned with strategy 
  • Manage the creation and publication of editorial content in our CMS, working in tandem with external partners for creative concept development, editing, formatting, and image/video sourcing
  • Facilitate the training and onboarding of new country editors to ensure a smooth integration into the global editorial workflow
  • Maintain a responsive, direct, and effective communication with countries, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Provide development and publication support for local market plans, global product/feature launches, and marketing campaigns
  • Contribute as consulted in marketing campaign and communication asset development by creating storyboards, briefing agencies, attending photo/video shootings, and participating in feedback loops

 

 

Your Profile

  • Interest in culinary topics, a strong level of cultural awareness, a knack for managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Know-how, technical skills and experience 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Fluency in English (C1+) and proficiency in at least one other language
  • A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and tools 
  • Strong project management skills Experience in marketing , asset development or using any Content Management System is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, Sociology, Anthropology, International Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Passion for cooking, eating, and staying updated on food and culinary trends
  • Proven ability to establish and build positive, collaborative relationships across different functions and levels, as well as with external stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Terrific eye for editorial detail Have a good feeling for what great content looks like
  • Demonstrates patience and cultural awareness
  • Relaxed mantra for when everything around seems ever-changin
