Abalone Switzerland, active in staffing and recruitment in Switzerland, is currently seeking an Account Manager on behalf of one of its clients.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage new potential clients to expand our existing customer base.
• Understand client challenges and provide bespoke solutions that meet their needs.
• Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, including tailored solutions, pricing, and implementation timelines.
• Oversee client projects from initial contact through to completion and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets.
• Coordinate closely with internal technical teams to ensure high-quality, compliant project delivery.
• Stay ahead of market trends and innovations to refine sales approaches and strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business activity to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven track record with at least 3 years of successful experience as Account Manager
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of technology-based product offerings is essential.
• Valid driving license (B category) required.
• Fluent in German, English and French
