Position Overview
The ADMI EU Oilseeds Back Office Department plays a crucial role in supporting the trading operations based in Switzerland and across Europe. We are seeking a
Commercial Assistant
to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will provide comprehensive and accurate commercial support to ensure smooth back-office operations and contribute to the department's overall efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely within a collaborative team of three professionals, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Contract Management
:
•
Handle and oversee the management of contracts across all ADMI locations in Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
•
Correspondence Management
:
•
Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and physical mail, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
•
Reporting
:
•
Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports to support the trading desk and back-office operations.
•
Administrative Support
:
•
Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
•
Education
:
•
Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
•
Experience
:
•
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a trading or back-office environment.
•
Technical Skills
:
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
•
Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
•
Languages
:
•
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
•
Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
•
Personal Attributes
:
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
•
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
•
