Additionally, the UCI promotes a number of its own events, including the UCI Road World Championships, an iconic annual event, and a wide range of other UCI World Championships and World Cups across the various disciplines. MISSIONS

As a Marketing and Digital Project Coordinator, you will report jointly to the Digital Transformation Department (50%) and to the Communication, Marketing, Media, and CSR Department (50%) of the UCI. Main Responsibilities :Management and operational deployment of the marketing strategy

• Coordination and follow-up of briefs with UCI commercial partners, including regular meetings
• Oversight of the delivery of all digital deliverables for commercial partners, in collaboration with the digital team: media plans, communication guidelines, activation frameworks,…Drafting and optimization of all contractual documents between the department and external partners: LOCs, commercial partners, media agencies and broadcasters
• Facilitation and supervision of the production of various deliverables internally and externally (agencies, freelancers…) Contribution to the development of product sheets and commercial activations with the Marketing sector
• Implementation of monitoring, tracking and reporting tools for internal and external stakeholders
• Administrative management of external resources (freelancers) involved in content production: request for proposals, contracts, schedules, timesheets, invoicing, payments, and defining project scopes. Profile :Commercial CFC diploma or equivalent

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years of successful experience in project or account management, ideally within a marketing or communication department
