Manager, CPSO Launch Excellence H/F

For an international pharmaceutical company based in canton Neuchâtel area, we're looking for a

Manager, CPSO Launch Excellence H/F 100% (50% home office possible)
French - English

to lead (Ex-US) product launches and ensure successful, on-time market introductions.
You'll coordinate cross-functional teams — including Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Planning — to deliver compliant and efficient product launches worldwide.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
• Manage and execute new product launches across global markets

• Develop and track launch readiness and execution plans

• Anticipate risks, drive resolutions, and report KPIs

• Collaborate closely with global manufacturing and quality teams

• Support continuous improvement of launch processes

PROFIL ATTENDU
• Degree in Science, Business, or Supply Chain (or equivalent)

• Experience in project management within a global environment

• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, regulatory, and quality (GMP/GDP)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Fluent in English and French

• 50% home office possible
