Senior Customer and Logistics Planner H/F

For an important multinational pharmaceutical company based in Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a

Senior Customer and Logistics Planner 100% H/F
(2 temporary positions)

You will act as a key link between customers, distribution centers, and third-party manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth order processing, invoicing, and on-time delivery across Europe.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
• Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation

• Coordinate transportation and import/export activities with 3PLs and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with GDP, Finance, and Regulatory standards

• Monitor inventory and system performance across distribution centers

• Support product launches, redeployments, and returns

• Execute all SAP transactions accurately and on time

PROFIL ATTENDU
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 3+ years' experience in a multinational Supply Chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)

• Solid knowledge of SAP and international logistics

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment

We have two positions available, one starting in early December and the second in early March, both for 12-month temporary assignments.
