Senior Scientist Tech Transfer 100% H/F

Specialist to support the successful transfer of biologic drug substance processes to their Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) based in Incheon, South Korea.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

• Lead and support technology transfer activities for upstream and downstream processes.

• Act as the MS&T representative for external manufacturing, ensuring technical support, issue resolution, and process optimization.

• Monitor day-to-day operations at the CMO site and collaborate closely with internal teams (Quality, Supply Chain, MS&T).

• Ensure compliance, escalate risks, and maintain effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

PROFIL ATTENDU

• B.S. or M.S. in life sciences, chemical/biochemical engineering, biotechnology, or related field.

• 5–8+ years of experience in GMP-regulated biologics manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and process engineering.

• Excellent problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
