Junior Central Planning Specialist

Farmak International is seeking a dynamic Central Planning Specialist to join our HQ team in Baar, Zug. If you’re passionate about supporting the Supply Chain Team in the development of the main activities like Demand, Supply, Planning and coordination between the different areas and functions in the organization, you can make the difference

You will report to the Global Supply Chain Director and drive the following processes:
• Coordinate Global Demand review process with the subsidiaries • Analize information and make proposals
• Follow up of corrective actions
• Follow up Supply Review with subsidiaries and suppliers
• Prepare consolidated information for Integrated Consolidation process
• Prepare information for the Business Review meeting included in the IBP process

Inventory Management
• Support subsidiaries in the calculation of Inventory target • Analize deviations versus target and support subsidiaries in defining corrective actions
• MOQs management

CMOs related activities
• Consolidate demand for CMOs supplying more than 1 country
• Place Replenishment Orders and do appropriate follow up
• Inform subsidiaries and regions about potential supply issues

Alignment with other function
• Quality and Batch release • Follow up of quality release capacity in the different centres versus actual and future needs
• Be independent part for priorization process when needed
• Launches • Align launches expectations with forecasts in subsidiaries and regions
• Include launches in demand and supply reviews

Assure suppliers are updated on expectations about launches
Experience: 2 to 4 years in similar role in multisite company
Background: Engineering, Business, Economics or Supply Chain
IT experience with SAP, AdvanceD Excel, Office, PowerBI is a plus
Any other European language is a plus
