Notre client, une entreprise pharmaceutique innovante, recherche un Assistant Administratif (m/f/d) à 100%. Cette opportunité offre un environnement de travail flexible et une équipe multiculturelle.

- Gérer les réunions et formations à l'échelle internationale. Identifier et initier des améliorations de processus de manière autonome.
- Gérer des projets spéciaux et soutenir les opérations de bureau.

- Your responsibilities
- Schedule and manage on-site, off-site and virtual meetings and trainings across international time zones (calendar support, townhalls, workshops, functional meeting series, catering orders) Independently identify and initiate process improvement areas across departments or function with limited direction
- Perform special projects and/or other functions to support the business as assigned or proactively identified (locker management, building access management etc. ) Communicate with management and staff at all levels, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Partnership with other Data&Digital Administrative Assistants for both day-to-day operations as well acting as backup
- Other related job duties as assigned / office&site operations management
- Onboarding management internal hires (Hardware/phone order, distribution lists if applicable, TEAMS membership management, training assignments in Up4Growth
--- REQUIREMENTS ---
High School Diploma is required, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience working with an executive level manager strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- On-site working required
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated accuracy and speed in the use of standard office tools including Word, Excel, and Power
- Point. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform

simultaneously with supervision in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to be resourceful, obtain information from the Intranet, learn new software programs quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills (team player) Languages: Fluent in English, German as a plus
