Deputy Head of Global Physical Security

As Deputy Head of Global Physical Security at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are responsible for the Physical Security of the group and provide security standards in the bank regarding physical security and safety in collaboration with the bank's security responsible.
Your Responsibilities
•
Ensure the physical security and safety of the bank and provide the internal security guidelines, working closely with the bank's security responsible
•
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal directives
•
Support and coordinate physical security and safety across the group through local security representatives in a matrix organization
•
Identify hazards and implement improvements to physical security
•
Control, analyze, and minimize risks in the bank's physical security
•
Solve complex problems and respond to inquiries from Switzerland and international locations
•
Assist in international projects related to physical security
•
Provide active assistance with interfaces to ensure business continuity, IT security technology, and crisis management
•
Organize training and education for security personnel and bank employees in physical security and safety
Your Profile
•
Completed apprenticeship as Police officer or several years of experience in a related area and higher education (university / FH) in Integral Security Management, further education as work safety specialist is an advantage
•
10 years of experience in either the police or military forces as well as in the field of security tactics and technology in a financial organization
•
Experience with Security Projects
•
Familiarity with security systems is an advantage
•
Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
•
Willingness to take responsibility as well as hands-on mentality
•
Ability to lead a small team
•
Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
•
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to recognize synergies
•
Fluency in German and English, fluency in French is a plus
