WHAT YOU CAN MOVE

We are seeking a skilled Consultant Agentic Process Automation to design, implement, and maintain process automation solutions with a strong focus on the UiPath platform. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, intelligent automation solutions that include both traditional RPA and modern agentic automation concepts.As a member of the adesso Automation Center of Excellence, you will be part of a collaborative, international, and multi-skilled team, working on forward-looking projects that combine UiPath, AI/LLMs, and orchestration frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Lead, consult, design, and implement automation solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, AI Center, etc.).

• Work across the entire automation lifecycle: process discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

• Develop intelligent automation agents, integrating UiPath with AI services and LLMs to enable context-aware and goal-driven process execution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and business analysts to understand needs and transform them into scalable automation solutions.

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality delivery in line with best practices and project goals.

• Contribute to internal knowledge building and the continuous improvement of automation delivery standards within the team.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• 2–3 years of professional experience in RPA/Process Automation with UiPath.

• Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and interest in working with LLMs and AI-driven process orchestration.

• Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating them into automation workflows.

• UiPath Automation Developer Professional or Automation Business Analyst Professional certification is a plus (or similar certifications)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Professional language skills in German (for Zurich, Bern and Basel) or French (for Lausanne) at a minimum B2 level.

Valued skills and experience • Experience with custom component development (e.g., UiPath SDKs, custom activities, APIs).

• Knowledge of AI/ML integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain).

• Experience with process mining and automation opportunity identification.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and test automation in UiPath.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum, TDD, and BDD.
