MISSIONS
In this role as Executive Assistant, you will serve as a central point of

within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:Serving as the point of
CONTACT
between senior management and both internal and external stakeholders. Handling calls, taking messages, and ensuring the efficient flow of correspondence. Processing requests and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. Managing complex schedules: planning meetings, scheduling appointments, and proactively managing reminders. Organizing business travel and handling all related logistics. Attending meetings, including board meetings, drafting minutes, and managing administrative
TASKS
related to official records, as well as updating internal databases. Prepare reports, presentations, summary documents, and communication materials. Establish and maintain a structured and efficient documentation and filing system. Provide professional and, at times, personal support to managers (document formatting, presentation preparation, information management and processing). Help organize professional events in Switzerland and occasionally in Europe, in collaboration with an international team. Demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours and be available, if necessary, outside of regular office hours and travel once a week within the canton of Fribourg

REQUIREMENTS
A degree in administration, secretarial studies, or a related field. Excellent command of German, which is essential for correspondence with municipal and cantonal authorities, as well as with internal and external legal partners, combined with strong French and English skills. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the medical sector. Excellent organizational skills, a keen sense of priorities, and great attention to detail.
