We have a collaborative and supportive team and value self-starters who aren't afraid to bring bold ideas to the table. If that sounds like you, apply below!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDefine, develop, and implement Visual Merchandising concepts and POS material that fully cover Hamilton's brand identity and respect the given budget frameDesign and implement Visual Merchandising solutions for special projects such as shop windows, special in-store animations, and pop-up storesDesign, develop and implement special displays such as the Hamilton Museum or special product launches, including follow up with suppliers and agenciesDesign and develop POS materials and GWP items supporting the marketing team, following the production procedure by assuring the best quality /cost balanceFollow the POS materials items from production to final deliveryCreate compelling Visual Merchandising guidelines for the marketsTake full responsibility for a compliant implementation of corporate the visual identity and presentation principles in the POS worldwideProvide quarterly compelling Visual Merchandising reports to the ManagementAssure effective communication and workflows with markets, provide trainings and market visitsGive clear briefings to agencies and assure an efficient follow-through of projectResponsible to organize international Visual Merchandising meetings, conference calls, follow-up, and reportingAssure constant research on sustainable materials and approach to reduce the ecological footprintSupport the retail department from new opening to renovation of POSYOUR SKILLSDegree in ES visual communication or university degree in designMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleTeam playerQuick learner and creativeProactive and who likes to take initiativesCommittedIndependentDiligenceExcellent organizational skills, observation of deadlinesBe able to recognize and solve unexpected issuesSense of duty towards the company especially while travelling and trainingsProficient with ADOBE SUITE (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Basic knowledge of Sketch up (or similar 3D software)Autocad is a plusProficient in English with Knowledge of French or GermanYOUR SPIRITAt Hamilton, we look for individuals who have set themselves apart with a commitment to excellence and a curious spirit.
