In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key existing customers while driving initiatives to expand our presence in the medical, industrial high-tech, and A&D markets. . Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate activities related to customer projects, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management. Interface at all levels of customer organization, from R&D through buyer up to CEOChampion customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between the client and Cicor, advocating for both parties' interests. Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer interactions, track account history, and forecast future needs accurately. Business Development:Dedicate a significant portion of your time to proactive market research, networking, and qualified lead generation activities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Cicor's capabilities to meet the evolving needs of prospective customers. Contribute to defining and executing business development strategies that strengthen Cicor’s position in key markets.

BSc or equivalent
--- QUALIFICATIONS ---
in electronics with industrial experience allowing you to understand our challenging manufacturing environment. Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a related high-tech or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with modern prospecting methods and digital sales and prospection tools. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Fluent in French and English, German is a plus. Available for frequent face-to-face meetings with Customers and Prospects when required.
