Financial Analyst 100%
Job Description
In this position you are responsible to:
•
Perform regular Inventory valuations, reconciliations and physical count following internal procedures
•
Perform product costing computations and analysis
•
Support various activities in conjunction with the monthly/quarterly financial close (e.g. departmental OPEX accruals/commitments, footnote disclosures)
•
Support annual budgeting as well as monthly forecasting activities, including analysis of actual results vs. plan/prior year, and assisting department heads with related inquiries
•
Period end closing process for all related areas including GL reconciliations
•
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and consultants by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
•
Participate in ERP Implementation project (GL conversions, Inventory conversions)
Your profile
•
BSc in finance, accounting or controlling, or commercial apprenticeship with relevant, higher finance diploma
•
Minimum of 4 years of related experience and at least 2 years of qualified job experience in particular field - manufacturing oriented (inventory, costing)
•
Very good English skills is a must, both in oral and written, French and/or German desirable, any other language is a plus
•
Excellent professional IT Skills (especially in MS Office Excel)
•
Able to work in an international environment and in virtual teams, very well structured, organized, and flexible
