To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Global IT, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking SAP Solution & Implementation Lead (a), 80 - 100%, to design and implement SAP solutions for the establishment of our new planned GMP manufacturing site (Bachem Sisslerfeld).

The role combines deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain processes with a strong focus on modern, data-driven capabilities and digital innovation. This includes enabling integrated, intelligent, and highly automated processes based on advanced digital technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to building scalable, integrated, and future-ready SAP solutions to support digital transformation and operational excellence.

Your tasks:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting manufacturing and supply chain processes, ensuring compliant, standardized system build and deployment across the program
• Enable and optimize end-to-end business processes across production, supply chain, and quality in GMP-regulated environments, applying deep pharma/life science domain expertise
• Architect and implement cross-system integration across SAP and adjacent platforms (MES, LIMS, shopfloor automation), securing seamless data flow and process consistency across the landscape
• Drive digital innovation by delivering data-driven, highly automated processes and supporting the adoption of modern SAP technologies such as SAP Build and SAP AI Services
• Establish and maintain full regulatory compliance (GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001), supporting computer system validation (CSV), risk assessments, and audit readiness
• Engage senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and IT; translate business needs into architectural solutions and provide governance across program and project lifecycles

Your profile:
 

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of seven years in SAP solution design & implementation
• Expertise in ISA-95 integration (MES Level 3 / ERP Level 4-5)
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP experience
• Knowledge of GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001
• MES and OT/automation systems experience a strong plus
• Fluency in German and English required
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
