Tâches

• Gérez les demandes de changement technique de l'initiation à l'implémentation.

• Coordonnez avec les départements concernés et menez des réunions de validation.

• Mettez à jour les données dans les outils ERP en garantissant la qualité.

Compétences

• Diplôme technique avec 5 ans d'expérience, idéalement en moteurs à combustion.

• Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et de Winchill.

• Compétences en communication et approche analytique.

Your Responsibilities

• You manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production, ensuring compliance with global processes

• You coordinate with all impacted departments, act as key contact for modification matters, and lead technical validation meetings

• You update and integrate data into ERP and related tools, while ensuring quality, traceability, and reporting on progress

• You plan and introduce modifications into production, oversee rework, stock optimization, destruction processes, and system requirements

• You provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision-making (including "Make or Buy"), cost reduction, and standardization initiatives

• You contribute to prototype engine development, BOM/component management strategies, and continuous improvement

• You apply workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality standards

Your Profile

• You hold a technical background as technician, production engineer or similar

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar industrial role; knowledge of combustion engines is a plus

• You work effectively in a team, communicate with ease, and apply a structured, analytical approach

• You handle stress and pressure, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement

• You master ERP systems and Winchill, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Project or a similar tool

• You are fluent in English and French
