Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional service in restaurants and bars

• Assist with mise en place, order taking, and service delivery

• Support students in developing service skills during training

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• Participate in service innovation and special events

• Report operational needs to supervisors or managers

• Control the daily production, manage the quantities

Profile and experiences:

• Professional diploma in hospitality or service preferred

• Training in food & beverage service or bartending is an advantage

• 1-3 years of experience in food & beverage service

• Previous experience in premium or fine-dining environments preferred

• Knowledge of basic restaurant and bar service standards

• Fluent in English, French is a plus
