Nous recherchons un Assistant Exécutif (m/f/x) pour Liebherr Machines Bulle SA.
Tâches
• Soutenir la direction dans les opérations quotidiennes.
• Gérer les agendas et organiser des voyages d'affaires.

Your Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will support management in the day-to-day running of its business. You will be acting as a strategic partner by being responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring records, while guaranteeing an irreproachable level of service and confidentiality.
• You plan and optimize management agendas by anticipating priorities and ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external requests.
• You organize and manage business trips, optimizing itineraries and costs in accordance with Group guidelines.
• You filter and manage e-mails and calls, ensuring timely and relevant responses.
• You organize and coordinate strategic meetings, preparing the required documentation and ensuring efficient follow-up.
• You draft, review and proofread official and confidential documents, including correspondence, speeches, reports, presentations and internal communications
• You take minutes during meetings, actively contribute to discussions and ensure follow-up of agreed actions with the relevant stakeholders.
• You manage invitations and public relations in collaboration with the communications team.
• You manage sensitive and confidential files with discretion and professionalism, including topics related to corporate strategy, finance and HR.
• You monitor departmental budgets, ensuring accuracy in expense reports, invoicing and financial commitments.
Your Profile
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Economics or an equivalent qualification.
• You have completed advanced training such as a Federal Diploma as Executive Assistant (m/f/x) or equivalent.
• You bring 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant in an international environment.
• You are fluent English and French, with a good command of German.
• You demonstrate discretion, outstanding communication skills, as well as a high level of flexibility, reliability and organizational abilities.
• You handle priorities, emergencies and unforeseen events with initiative, resilience and a proactive mindset.
• You are a team player with versatility, a strong business acumen and a keen interest in technology.
