Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Global Logistics Operations Local Key User who is analytical, collaborative, and process-driven to join our Global Logistics Operations team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium or in Switzerland in Bulle.
About the role
You will play a key role in optimizing logistics processes, supporting operational teams, and driving continuous improvement across global supply chain operations. Your insights will help shape efficient, standardized systems that deliver real value.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate closely with business solution experts, operational logistics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across the Global Supply Chain. You’ll also represent Global Logistics Operations in key projects and initiatives.
What you will do
• You will lead process improvement initiatives from order management to shipment execution.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SOP governance across logistics teams.
• You will manage logistics master data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• You will support 3PL EDI management and drive continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate on cross-functional projects to align logistics with broader business goals.
• You will provide operational support and training to logistics teams and key customers.

Interested?
For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of downstream supply chain and SAP ERP processes.
• Experience in process improvement and logistics operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to coach and support end users.
