• Développer l'analytique RH tout au long du cycle de vie des employés.

• Créer des rapports standardisés et optimiser l'efficacité des analyses.

• Collaborer avec divers départements pour des solutions transversales.

Compétences

• Diplôme en administration des affaires et expérience en contrôle RH.

• Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, l'allemand est un atout.

• Compétences analytiques solides et maîtrise d'Excel.

Your Responsabilities

• You further develop our HR analytics along the entire employee lifecycle to enable informed decision-making.

• You build standardized reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses, and continuously optimize them to increase transparency and efficiency.

• You derive concrete action recommendations from data and present them in a target-group-oriented manner for HR and management.

• You collaborate across disciplines with colleagues from HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to develop cross-functional solutions.

• You create meaningful HR reports and HR analyses related to workforce structure and personnel planning.

• You coordinate the implementation of various IT systems aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and improving operational efficiency.

• You ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems, actively working on data governance, quality controls, and process improvements

Your Profile

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience in HR controlling within a corporate environment.

• You have excellent knowledge of French and English. German is an asset.

• You have knowledge of the employee lifecycle and ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• You are proficient in Excel and have a solid understanding of BI tools and business analysis in an HR and finance context.

• You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner, and have a strong affinity for numbers.

• You are able to present complex topics in a clear and compelling way - both within the team and to management.
