Industrial Engineer 100% CDI (M/F/X)
Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and optimize production and business processes to increase efficiency and quality

• Lead investment, industrialization, and optimization projects from conception to completion

• Implement Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives

• Manage layout planning, material flow, and production route analyses

• Calculate production costs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborate closely with production, quality, logistics, and procurement departments

• Drive communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams

Profile

• University degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering (or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (automation, mechanics, assembly, etc.)

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in optimization or investment projects

• Strong analytical mindset with solid skills in production controlling and cost calculation

• Independent, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication and influencing skills

• Proficient in German and English (French is an advantage); willingness to travel about 15%
