Tâches
•
Assurer le succès de la gamme de produits tout au long de son cycle de vie.
•
Définir la stratégie produit et gérer le portefeuille de produits.
•
Analyser le marché et les exigences des clients pour optimiser les offres.
Compétences
•
Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique ou équivalent, avec 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits.
•
Excellentes compétences en communication et leadership.
•
Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand, avec des connaissances en français.
Your Responsibilities
•
You ensure the success of the assigned product group throughout its entire life cycle in a matrix organization
•
You ensure the long- and short-term profitability of the product group
•
You make sure to understand customer and market requirements
•
You define the product strategy and product roadmap
•
You manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills them
•
You manage the product portfolio and product variants, as well as product quality and maintenance
•
You track all relevant product KPIs (financial, quality, delivery performance) and work to improve them
•
You conduct business cases and profitability analyses
•
You analyze the market and the competition
•
You proactively monitor and participate in industry events to identify and leverage new developments
Your Profile
•
You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA
•
You have more than 5 years of experience in product management or engineering within the construction equipment or powertrain industry
•
You possess strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience with engines and construction machinery
•
You have an excellent command of English and German (B2), while knowledge of French is considered as an asset
•
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
•
You are recognized for your strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset. Your enthusiastic and open personality, combined with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, set you apart. You are resilient and assertive in your approach
