Your responsibilities

As a Young Talent Project Purchasing within the Defence area, you will actively contribute to purchasing activities and gain valuable exposure to project management.

• You manage purchasing activities such as contract management, request for information and quotation, supplier selection

• You ensure accurate tracking and updates in files and ERP systems in line with internal processes

• You participate in the preparation of supplier meetings and related documentation

• You follow assigned tasks from start to finish, ensuring timely and reliable delivery

• You support the planning, monitoring and tracking of project-related purchasing activities, including costs, budgets, schedules and quality

• You carry out analyses, prepare clear reports and present key findings

• You provide occasional support to the Defence team, gaining exposure to specific projects

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, Economics, Management or a related field

• You bring early-stage exposure or demonstrate a strong interest in the field of purchasing, supply chain or a similar industry

• You are fluent in English, good level of French or German is an asset

• You are proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, first exposure to ERP systems is a plus

• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You communicate clearly, both spoken and written, and adapt easily to different audiences

• You work in a structured and self-driven manner while remaining a reliable team player
