Your responsibilities
- You manage the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for Spot RFQ, Spare parts and development projects
- You follow-up on projects from first design to Start of Production (SOP) You handle Signal Code management in the ERPYou track orders and ensure proper follow-up
- You update Project Milestone Tracking (PMT) dashboards and documentation
- You support the Purchasing parameters maintenance in the ERP (INFOR LN) You contribute to Make-or-Buy sourcing project management
- You support continuous process improvement initiatives

--- YOUR PROFILE ---
You hold a master's degree in Purchasing with Project Management knowledge, in Management with a Purchasing specialization or in Engineering with a Project Management focus
- You have experience in an international multi-site company
- You ideally have experience in Automotive and/or Avionics, or Hydraulics
- You have project management skills such as summarizing multi-canal information and prioritizing projects on Part Number level
- You are proficient in Excel; knowledge in SAP/INFOR and VBA would be an advantage
- You are proficient in English (TOEIC higher than 750) and another language such as German, French or Mandarin would be a plus
- You demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and genuine technical curiosity
- You are comfortable reporting to Directors and managing negotiations with suppliers and internal key partners
