myLife Diabetes Care AG is a new, independent medtech company specialising in the treatment of diabetes using advanced insulin pump systems. To strengthen our Hardware Development department, we are looking for an experienced person for our Diabetes Care Business in the B2C sector at our new Headquarter in Burgdorf.

Your main tasks
•
Provide product care and hardware improvements for existing products through continuous refinement and the introduction of innovative technology solutions
•
Coordinate and manage suppliers of third-party electronics manufacturers, ensuring product quality and compliance
•
Lead obsolescence management activities with external electronics partners to maintain production continuity
•
Take ownership of electronics designs including schematics, PCB layout creation, and associated data management
•
Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory quality systems
Your profile
•
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
•
At least 3 years of professional experience
•
Proficiency in eCAD tools, preferably Altium
•
Familiarity with design control processes within highly regulated fields, ideally the medical sector
•
Experience with product lifecycle and change management
•
Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly processes and test methodologies
•
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines
•
Team oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
