Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Your main tasks
•
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities and validate initial value hypotheses
•
Translate strategic opportunity briefs into clear product definitions; evaluate strategic fit and commercial potential
•
Build robust business cases, including revenue forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and pricing frameworks
•
Develop stage-gate, evidence-based viability packs to enable informed, data-driven decisions
•
Represent the customer voice throughout early-stage innovation and concept development
•
Collect and validate feedback, adoption drivers, and potential barriers to adoption
•
Engage internal and external stakeholders to confirm product–market fit and long-term value
•
Collaborate with marketing to define launch strategies and develop marketing and sales enablement materials
Your profile
•
Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus)
•
Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or consulting; experience in pharma or medical devices strongly preferred
•
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
•
Strong analytical skills; experience with DCF and NPV financial modeling is a plus
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
•
Resilient and effective in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
•
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
