We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to shape the future of our digital diabetes care portfolio. You'll own patient-facing products, connected ecosystem services, and data-driven products and services that support AID-based insulin therapy, and you'll be accountable for the full product lifecycle, from first concept to post-market performance and phase-out.

At the core, you will translate market and clinical needs into a clear product vision, compelling business cases, and products that are clinically effective, commercially successful, and compliant.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

  • Own the global digital product strategy, vision and 3–5 year roadmap, based on customer needs, market opportunities and competitive insights
  • Define business cases, value propositions and product requirements, translating patient, healthcare professional and partner needs into successful digital solutions
  • Drive the development of data-driven products and capabilities, including analytics, digital services, clinical insights, customer care solutions, and future AI-enabled offerings
  • Identify and develop new digital business opportunities by leveraging connected devices, therapy, and ecosystem data to create value for patients, healthcare professionals, and the business
  • Define partner ecosystem strategies and ensure successful integration of external technologies and digital services into our digital portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial, and external partners to successfully develop, launch and evolve products throughout their lifecycle

Your profile

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years in Digital Product Management experience in digital health, medical devices, software products, pharma, or other regulated industries
  • Proven track record of managing products across the full lifecycle with measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and product claims
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams and digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of connected healthcare ecosystems, cloud solutions, data products and analytics capabilities
  • Experience in diabetes care, insulin delivery systems, CGM, AID solutions, or digital therapy management is highly desirable
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional English; other languages a plus
