As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of technical projects from initial planning through successful implementation. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, efficient project execution, and continuous improvement across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Your main tasks
•
Independent management of projects in a technical environment, from planning through successful implementation
•
Inspiring and clear communication with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders
•
Development and continuous optimization of a modern and efficient project organization
•
Creation and maintenance of targeted project plans aligned with company objectives and customer requirements
•
Coordination and alignment of subprojects and associated resources
•
Proactive monitoring and control of schedules, costs, resources, and quality
•
Regular reporting on project progress to ensure transparency and support decision-making
Your profile
•
At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, or plastics processing industries
•
Technical degree (FH/ETH/TU or equivalent) in medical technology, microtechnology, mechanical engineering, or a related field
•
Further training in business administration and/or project management is an advantage
•
Open to new ideas and motivated to actively help drive change
•
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence is an advantage
•
Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1) skills
