Your tasks:

• Executes field service activities such as installation, setup, maintenance, repair, trouble shooting, training and technical consulting at customer site based on applicable processes and guidelines
• Executes inhouse repair activities of machines and equipment based on applicable processes and guidelines
• Executes feasibility testing and technical customer consulting based on applicable processes and guidelines
• Executes 1st level service helpdesk duties based on applicable processes and guidelines
• Provides field reports and product feedback based on applicable processes and guidelines
• Follows Code of Conduct compliance

Your profile:

• Technical apprenticeship
• College's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, automation or electronics appreciated
• >2 year in industrial environment preferably wire harness industry
• Field service experiences appreciated
• Intermediate working knowledge of Salesforce CRM package appreciated
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Willingness to travel
• Communication skills
• English (Advanced Level)
