You ensure, alone and/or in close collaboration with the After-Sales and Tests teams, the development and updating of software and related documentation for our products both for internal and external customers. Your role
- Develop, improve and update control systems in collaboration with the Automation, After-Sales and Tests teams

- Analyse customer problems reported by the After-Sales service and describe them in such a way as to facilitate their resolution by the Automation department
- Calculate the costs associated with control systems when customers request system upgrades

- Your profile
- You have a degree in automation and have parcours professionnel in an industrial environment (minimum 2 years) You master programming languages for programmable control systems
- You are familiar with Siemens software tools (TIA Portal, STEP 7) You have knowledge of GAMP5 guidelines, as well as 21 CFR part 11 for electronic records & electronic signatures
- You have good knowledge of English and French, German is a plus
- You are willing to travel regularly (sometimes up to 40% of the time) You are dynamic, rigorous, flexible, show initiative and like challenges
