Let’s talk about the role!
As Merchandising Intern for Timberland you will support the Global Apparel Team in various tasks related to product creation and collection presentation; sales analysis reports to maximise sales and focusing on consumer target needs.
You will assist product Merchandising team, maintaining Enovia/PLM data entry with correct product information, ensuring accurate product information.
You will analyse sales data, identify commercial needs, and contribute to building sell-in tools and merchandising reports.
You will coordinate cross functional meetings between Merchandising, Desing and Product Development teams and ensure all the stakeholder are informed and up to date on the next steps of the GTM calendar and process
You will work with all the levels of the organization to understand how to manage communication between the different stages of the product development and the decision-making process

• Lead ad-hoc projects and facilitate cross functional relationships respecting timing based on seasonal calendar
• Contribute to facilitate sell-in tools and work on product presentations
• Manage and monitor seasonal performance to ensure decisions are made based on data and market insights
• Contribute to build team spirit
What you Bring
To succeed as Merchandising Intern, you must meet consumer and business needs in the perspective of the Brand priorities. Strong empathy and influencing skills will facilitate the development of your negotiation skills to accommodate Brand and Market needs.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of our team
• Attention to details and commercial awareness
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations will be a plus
• Great Team player and adaptability
A bachelor degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising or data analysis is required given the nature of the role.
