MISSIONS

As a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst, you will offer technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A primary focus is to create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. It is expected to be an expert member of the technical problem-solving team, routinely sought after to address complex, critical customer issues. for all internal IT related user queries/issues. Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for MS suite of products, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Audio Video Conferencing system and telecommunication equipment. Administer and monitor incoming requests to the Global Service Desk, identifying emerging issues and escalating them in accordance with established protocols. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all operational documentation and IT equipment inventory are consistently reviewed and maintained to reflect current system states. Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes. Improve System administration [AD] processes and automate repetitive

TASKS

wherever feasible. Actively participate in the technical implementation of Microsoft Service Centre suite at the Global level. Document internal procedures and assist IT management to prepare documents for Audit. IT Service Desk purchasing. YOUR COMPETENCIESMinimum 8 years on a similar role preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment

• Excellent working experience of AD configuration, GPO’s, Domain trust and patch management. Experience in Software & Hardware installation/configuration and support. Extensive hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Windows workstation products (Windows 11) and MS Office suite
• Strong troubleshooting
• Proactive with a continuous improvement spirit
• Process orientated, with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond flexibly
