• Senior Technician, Maintenance Automation(reporting to the Team Leader, Maintenance) on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year who will be responsible for the performance equipment, operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated systems, production equipment, and facilities within a regulated in vitro diagnostics industrial environment. He/she actively contributes to the availability, reliability, and safety of the installations, in compliance with quality standards (e. , ISO 13485, IVDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 & Part 11). Note that this position is on a rotating shift pattern (2*8). YOUR

MISSIONS

Automation, Control, Robotic & Vision Systems, Communication PLC <> MES:Diagnose and resolve auomation, communication PLC <> MES, instrumentation, and industrial electrical failures. Implement program modifications (according to authorization level) and contribute to system upgrades. Improve performance equipment (yield OEE) and avoid scrap run production. Document interventions and update schematics, programs, and procedures. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems. Production Equipment Maintenance:Perform maintenance activities on production equipment. Contribute to equipment reliability and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Production, Quality & IT to minimize downtime and secure equipment restarts. Contribute to equipment

Facilities Maintenance:Ensure maintenance of general facilities, including:-> HVAC / air conditioning systems,-> Utility networks (compressed air, water, vacuum),-> Facility safety systems. -> Building supervision, monitoring & electrical systems. Coordinate and follow up on external contractor interventions. Participate in ensuring regulatory compliance of facilities. Quality & Compliance:Report any non-conformities. Participate in root cause analysis in he implementation of CAPAs. Actively contribute to the management of non-conformities and deviations in collaboration with the Quality department. Be involved in internal and external audits and act a field expert when needed. Follow good documentation practices and adhere to quality standards. Contribute to the updating of procedures and work instructions. Continuous Improvement OPEX & Performance:Identify deviations, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities in processes. Actively participate in LEAN initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM) within the production area. Propose ideas to improve workflows, methods, or work tools. Contribute to the monitoring of performance indicators. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS):Ensure enforcement of EHS rules on the shop floor. Report risky situations and participate in preventive actions. Proactively suggest improvements for workplace safety and working conditions. Support the documentation and investigation of EHS-related deviations and incidents. YOUR COMPETENCIESTechnician Maintenance with more 8 years of background or Engineer Maintenance

• Significant experience in automation, robotic, vision, instrumentations systems
• Good knowledge of cGMP 's
• Experience in clean room environment type Medical Device and Pharma
• Troubleshooting & issue solving skills
• Able to identify and manage a root cause analysisIT skills to use automation software like Rockwell
• Punctual, flexible and responsible
• Fluent in English and FrenchWHAT
