Research & Development

You work with developers and the IT staff to oversee the code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing systems software to analysing data to improve existing ones, you increase productivity in the workplace. You understand the software development lifecycle and have a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing digital pipelines (CI/CD pipelines). What makes your everyday life exciting

•

Introduce and maintain harmonized processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle, from coding and deployment to maintenance and updates

•

Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines including performance monitoring, agent usage KPIs, and cost analysis

•

Coaching SWE engineers in the disciplines of DevOps to ensure shared knowledge and responsibility

•

Acting as Digital System Engineer in close collaboration with IT to ensure that our solutions are integrated, performing, secured and cost-efficient

•

Integrate SBOM generation, automated vulnerability scanning, and license compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines

What skills do you need to bring

•

University degree in computer science or similar with several years of proven experience as DevSecOps Engineer and some years of experience with cloud environments (ideally Microsoft Azure IOT and/or Amazon Web Services)

•

Experience in SW architecture design in a technical environment (preferably devices)

•

Proactive, independent personality with leadership qualities

•

Strong in coordination, communication, methodological skills

•

Very good command of written and spoken English (highly proficient) and willingness to spend time abroad (approx. 10%)
