Description

• Take ownership of the infrastructure environment, both on-premises and in Azure, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.

• Act as a technical lead within the infrastructure team - guiding, mentoring, and supporting a small group of engineers while remaining hands-on.

• Manage and optimize core Microsoft services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.

• Contribute to the deployment and integration of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid setup.

• Drive the transition from legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Ensure operational excellence through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring.

Profile

• Strong technical expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization, and Azure infrastructure services (IaaS, PaaS).

• Experience managing or mentoring others, with a genuine interest in developing leadership responsibilities over time.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, networking, and security best practices.

• Proven track record in hybrid infrastructure management and system modernization.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, accountability, and a proactive mindset.

• Very good level of English - any other languages a plus
