O&T Sales Lead OA

Role description

The O&T Sales Lead OA plays a key role in shaping and executing the Operating Unit’s strategy for the maintenance and repair business in Switzerland. This role ensures the local sales organization is structured, aligned, and fully focused on delivering business priorities and OA performance targets. Working closely with the OA Lead and the O&T Sales Lead OU, the O&T Sales Lead OA drives local initiatives that enhance sales performance, commercial effectiveness, and customer value. A central part of the mission is leading organizational improvements, conducting task and responsibility analysis, and ensuring a clear separation between Sales and Sales Support activities.

Success in this position requires strong organizational insight and the ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix environment. The role collaborates daily with OT Leads, Service Sales Representatives, and T Sales Representatives to achieve sales objectives, optimize processes, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implementation of annual sales strategy for maintenance and repair business

  • Functional leading of the Service Sales Representatives (Generalists, Account Manager, Recovery specialists, T-Sales Representative)

  • Ensure disciplined pricing execution and annual price adjustments.

  • Implement effective pipeline management, CRM adoption, and sales tools

  • Strengthen lead generation through digital marketing and targeted acquisition

  • Analyse market trends and derive actions to grow portfolio and service contracts

  • Enhance contract product offerings and drive maintenance portfolio expansion

  • Manage repair sales funnel, lead generation, and customer engagement

  • Plan and execute T-campaigns to support sustainable repair (T) growth

  • Support rollout of international processes/tools to meet growth targets

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in service and repair business

  • Strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and sales processes

  • Fluent in German, French and English

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities

  • High customer focus and value-driven mindset

  • Results-oriented with strong delivery record

  • Collaborative team player in matrix environments

  • Solid commercial acumen; skilled in sales process optimization

  • Proficient with CRM and digital sales tools

  • Strong coaching and development skills

  • Competent in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decisions

Travel requirement - Up to 40% within Switzerland
