YOUR ROLE
As a Consultant in Customer Experience in our frog team in Switzerland you will support leading brands in transforming their customer journeys and enhancing engagement through data-driven strategies, digital channels, and marketing technology solutions. You will collaborate with frog team to design, implement, and optimize omnichannel experiences that drive customer loyalty and business growth.
• Assist in analyzing customer journeys, touchpoints and pain points across digital and physical channels;
• Support the design and optimization of omnichannel CX strategies, including personalization, customer engagement, and loyalty programs;
• Contribute to the deployment and configuration of MarTech platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, CRM, and Personalization Engines);
• Assist in defining customer segmentation models and targeting strategies based on data insights;
• Keep abreast of industry trends, CX innovations, and Martech evolution.

YOUR PROFILE
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields;
• Internship or first experience in consulting, digital marketing, CRM, customer experience, or MarTech solutions;
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, SAP Emarsys, Oracle CX, CDP platforms or others is a strong plus;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills and ability to be client-oriented;
• Fluency in English + French or German.
