• At least 6 years of experience with advising on legal, regulatory, and/or compliance matters ideally in a Big4 or consulting services firm
• Broad expertise in the Swiss financial services, banking laws and regulations (AMLA, FinSA, FinIA, FMIA, DAP etc. ) Proven background in Switzerland, complemented by an established professional network in Geneva
• Post-

QUALIFICATIONS

legal experience gained in an in-house environment, including experience within a bank or financial services institution in Switzerland is considered as a plus

• Business proficient English and French. Additional fluency in German and/or Italian being highly desirable
• Ability to build inclusive and high-performing teams, communicate complex ideas clearly and foster cross-functional collaboration while supporting learning and career growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoyment of challenging issues and interdisciplinary project work, high quality standards as well as affinity for new technologies and regulatory transformation
