6-month contract - Cash Reconciliation - Investigation Specialist - 100%

Contrat de 6 mois - Spécialiste en réconciliation de trésorerie à Genève. Opportunité dans une banque internationale avec un environnement dynamique.

Tâches

• Réconcilier les correspondants de trésorerie pour toutes les entités.

• Enquêter sur les virements clients et gérer les fichiers en cours.

• Entrer manuellement les relevés non réconciliés automatiquement.

Compétences

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en réconciliation ou investigations.

• Maîtrise du français et bon niveau en anglais exigés.

• Capacité à travailler en équipe et résistance au stress.

Within the Cash & Securities Reconciliation team of our client, an international bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Cash reconciliation - Investigation specialist for a 6-month contract, that could be extended.
You will be in charge of:
Cash reconciliation
· Reconciliation of our cash correspondents for all our entities
· Manual entry of statements for our correspondents not automatically reconciled
· Check cash differences and investigate daily
· Establish a list of pending for cash amounts
· Handling and follow-up of current files
· Claim back missing statements
Investigation on customer wires
· Good knowledge in Cash Transfer activities (MT103 - MT202 - etc…)
· Good knowledge in the role of each counterparty involved in a wire payment
· Swift messages (e.g. MTx99 - MTx95 - MTx96 – etc…)
· Take care of investigations from the beginning to the end
· Good understanding in compliance matters
Job requirements
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reconciliation department and-or investigation on customer wires
· General knowledge in Back-Office activities
· Fluency in French and good level in English (speaking and writing) are expected; other languages will be considered as a plus
· Knowledge in GTMatch – GTExchange – Globus (an asset)
· Good command of the MS Office apps
· Solution oriented and pragmatic
· Team player and comfortable working in open space
· Stress resistant
· Flexibility, adaptability capacity, precise, proactive
