DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

The role focuses primarily on the German and Swiss real estate markets, requiring fluency in German and English. You support the team in research,

analysis, and sourcing of new investment opportunities, with responsibilities covering market intelligence, due diligence, and reporting. This position

offers excellent exposure to real estate investment processes and market development across the DACH region.

• You conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on real estate companies, market trends, and investment opportunities across Germany and Switzerland.

• You identify, assess, and monitor potential investment partners and acquisition targets.

• You support the due diligence process by collecting and analyzing data, and by coordinating with external advisors.

• You contribute to the preparation of quarterly and ad-hoc reports, investment memoranda, and presentations.

• You help build and maintain the firm's professional network within the real estate and investment community.

• You ensure high standards of organization and documentation, registering information and deals within internal systems so that all research and analysis remain well-structured and accessible.

• You occasionally travel within Switzerland and Germany for meetings, site visits, and industry events.

PROFIL ATTENDU

• Y ou are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.

• You bring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate research, investment, or transactions.

• You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

• You have solid organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.

• You are proficient in Excel (including financial modeling) and PowerPoint, and familiar with research tools and databases.

• You are proactive and resourceful, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.

• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when preparing analytical and investment materials.
