- Your role:As an Audit Manager, you will manage a portfolio of national and international clients and lead audit engagements. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, managing client relationships, and leading audit teams, while contributing to the continued development of our Audit practice. Your responsibilities:Lead and manage the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRSPlan, coordinate, and supervise audit engagements (risk assessment, budgeting, timelines, quality reviews) Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, and donor audits
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting, and reporting matters, providing pragmatic solutions
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Serve as the primary point of

- Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members across complex mandates
- Contribute actively to the development and growth of the Audit team at RSM Switzerland
- Apply and promote RSM’s methodology, tools, culture, and values, acting as a role model
YOUR PROFILE
Swiss Licensed Audit Expert6-10 years of parcours professionnel in external audit, including 1-2 years in a managerial role, with exposure to both local and international clients
- Strong knowledge of Swiss CO, IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FERProven ability to independently analyse, document, and challenge complex and high-risk accounting matters
- Demonstrated parcours professionnel managing international client portfolios and leading audit teams across multiple and complex engagements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate audit teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used business
